Report:  Day 2

The forecast wind of south west 8 to 10 knots failed to materialise on the second day of the Harken Laser Masters Championship.  Instead the wind gods teased the competitors and race committee with a 4 to 5 knot southerly which was not enough to meet the average 5 knot wind threshold for racing to start.
